Request account deletion

For 2D 3D Market Info (com.twod.threed.marketinfo).

From the app

Open your account page and choose Delete account, then confirm. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete your account.

Without the app

Email ahzhkam.mail@gmail.com from the email address used for your app account. Include the app name and request deletion of your account and associated data. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Never send a password or verification code.

Prepare deletion email

This opens your email app. You must send the email to submit your request. If it does not open, email the address above directly.

What the request covers

Your app account identifiers, profile details and associated chat data. Any records that must be retained for security, abuse investigation or applicable obligations will be explained when your request is handled.

Deleting this app account does not delete your Google account. Device-only settings and saved history can be removed through Android’s app storage controls.

If you only browsed results and never signed in, you may have no community account to delete. You can still contact us about service data or privacy concerns.
